Marie-Gabrielle Ménard

Marie-Gabrielle Ménard is a Canadian actress, contemporary dancer, choreographer, and journalist who transitioned into federal politics as a Member of Parliament for the Liberal Party of Canada. Before entering public office, Ménard established a multi-faceted career in the arts and media spanning over two decades. As an actress and dancer, she has appeared in acclaimed cinematic projects, including Pascal Plante's psychological thriller Red Rooms (Les Chambres rouges, 2023) and the animated feature I Like Girls (J'aime les filles, 2018). In addition to her film work, she spent over a decade as a professional choreographer and contemporary dance instructor, founding and directing the Montreal-based collective Mandala Sitù Danse.
