Virginia Lago

Virginia Lago (born May 22, 1940, in San Martín, Argentina) is a leading Argentine actress with an extensive career in theater, film, and television. She gained particular notoriety as the host of the popular film cycle *Historias de corazón*, broadcast on Telefe. Virginia Lago was born in San Martín, north of Greater Buenos Aires. She lived in Villa Ballester until she was 20 years old. She completed her primary education at School No. 11 "Roberto Noble" and her secondary studies at the Tomás Guido school in San Martín. She is a cousin and was a neighbor of the actress Zully Moreno, who also resided in the area.
